Mindi Flowers
The Farm
Tucked away in Sussex Inlet, on the South Coast of NSW, we grow seasonal blooms slowly and thoughtfully. Using spray free methods and organic principles - just good soil, sunshine and a whole lot of love. Our flowers follow the seasons, which means every bunch is a little different and full of life.
While we aren't certified organic, we focus on these principles. We work with the seasons not against them. We embrace these rhythms and its quirks.
Healthy soil, slow growing and thoughtful practices are at the heart of everything we grow.
Our Growing Philosophy

Soil
Everything we grow starts in the soil.
It's a priority - building rich, living soil with quality compost made from a mix of manures, food scraps and green waste. This slow, thoughtful process feeds the microbes, worms and all of the unseen life that keeps the soil thriving. We're a bit obsessed with it, to be honest.
Healthy soil means stronger plants, better flowers and a farm that keeps getting better with time!
From Seed to Bloom
Most of our flowers start right here on the farm, grown from seed, bulbs or tubers. We raise them on site, plant them out by hand and harvest in season. It's a hands on process that can takes months, making them even more special.
Weather, soil conditions and sunlight all play a role in how the flowers develop. This slower, hands on approach keeps the plants strong and resilient.
